What is the Hoffman Process?

The Hoffman Process is a comprehensive 7 week program, the foundation of which is an 8 day intensive residential retreat held at a private and comfortable country retreat centre. With at least one teacher for every 8 participants, you are assured of receiving the individual attention necessary for lasting personal growth.

Using methods and techniques originated by Robert Hoffman and refined during the past 40 years, the Process is conducted with integrity, loving concern and respect for the dignity of each student. As you experience each step of the Process, you will develop confidence and certainty that it is working for you.

The Hoffman Quadrinity Process provides a supportive environment in which you can dramatically reduce the driving force of your self-defeating behaviours, while accessing a previously untapped inner resource of inner strength, self understanding, compassion and love.

All Hoffman Facilitators are qualified and highly experienced Psychotherapists in their own practices who support you to examine and better understand your life and reveal why you behave the way you do. Published scientific research has also demonstrated the long-term positive effects that the Hoffman Process has had on relieving depression and anxiety.
