Women's Circle Melbourne Gathering

Hoffman Graduates, your friends and family are invited to a Women's Circle on Saturday 21st August,
2010, led by Senior Hoffman Process Facilitator, Stella Horgan.

The Circle is a place for women to share, get to know each other, meet new friends and extend out
community. We will open and close with a relaxing meditation; for those who would like a bit more
socialising, e can migrate to Chapel Street for a hot chocolate or glass of wine afterwards.

Where: St Joh Street Studio, 59 Chapel St, Windsor, entrance St John St (one up from High St)

Allowing Your Vision to be Reality

The Light Times is the Hoffman Centre's regular newsletter.  It is available to both graduates and
non-graduates.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the newsletter online. 

'The Retreat' is an exciting new residential programme extending over 3 nights and 3 days (Friday 5:00pm
to Monday 6:00pm) and only available to Process Graduates.  “The Retreat” uses the initial experiences of
the Process for participants to go to a deeper level to more clearly see and transform unproductive
behaviours, moods and attitudes.

A series of 8 weekly evening workshops for graduates, called 'Quadrinity in Action' (QIA).

We encourage Melbourne graduates to get together and continue to share socially.
Below are three new events:

Join us to reconnect with fellow Graduates of the Hoffman Process and refresh your Toolbox in our
“Meetings”, facilitated by Stella Horgan, Hoffman Process facilitator.
 
Each evening begins with a meditation, and then moves to a themed inquiry, where Graduates explore
their lives and take their questions deeper. We use Hoffman and other tools during the evening, as
well as sharing and a good dose of laughter and fun.

VISION DRIVER WORKSHOP:
A new 4 week Hoffman Graduate workshop which will be held over four  consecutive Saturdays
starting 28th August, 2010 from 2pm to 5pm.  An early bird discount of 10% is available for bookings
made by Friday 30th July.  Stella Horgan will be conducting the series being held in Windsor.

Quadrinity in Action (QIA) 

An 8 week series for Graduates on Wednesday evenings. Each evening will cover a specific topic and how
to develop greater skills in the usage of the Process Tools. Topics include: Friendships, work, body,
intimate relationships, unfinished busines, spirit and vision

Next series commences Wed 22nd September to Wed 10th November, 2010 in Melbourne with
Maria Pellegrinelli.  Hoffman Enrolment Counsellor and Psychotherapist
