Anne Looby 2017-12-11T05:09:30+00:00

Anne’s background is in the arts. She is an accomplished actor, producer and teacher of over 25 years’ experience. Since graduating from NIDA, Anne has worked with distinction in film, television and theatre. The arts have been a major focus of her life and she has an unwavering belief in the power of creative expression as a healing force. Whether it’s music, art, theatre or literature, Anne loves the human capacity to create meaning in all expressive forms.
In 2015 Anne was a participant in the Hoffman process and it was an absolute game-changer. She had been searching for a purposeful way to use her skills as a teacher, communicator and creative artist and Hoffman seemed a perfect marriage of those skills. Anne is thrilled to be training as a Hoffman facilitator alongside her therapeutic studies, having commenced a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy. “I had convinced myself that I was too old to embark on a new chapter but the Process has opened my world to the endless possibilities in the most liberating and exciting way. I continue, with each process, to deepen my understanding of the beauty, frailty and resilience of human beings – it is an absolute privilege to bear witness to the courage and inherent goodness of each participant.”
In addition to her current studies, Anne has completed Jutka Freiman’s accredited Enneagram Teacher training course.
