The Hoffman Process
The Hoffman Process is a comprehensive 3-month personal development program, the foundation of which is an eight-day intensive residential retreat. You are guided through the Process by highly trained and experienced psychotherapists.
The eight-day program is residential to facilitate greater privacy and concentration. During the Process the facilitators help you examine your life issues and trace the origins and consequences of your behaviour patterns. Through expressive and experiential methods the program will transform you in a safe and supportive environment.
Participants will grow personally and will greatly enhance their ability to give and receive emotionally and spiritually. We combine the best of group and individual therapeutic work to empower your personal journey, which is the core of the work. Facilitators employ an empathic and supportive approach, which respects the dignity of each person.
The unique combination of intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual work will aid your transformation and will ensure lasting changes. The Process gives practical tools that can be used daily, which enables ongoing, long term benefits and can be equivalent to 3 to 5 years of therapy.
Our emphasis is on in-depth personal attention with a high duty of care. With at least one facilitator for every 8 participants, you are assured of receiving the individual attention necessary for lasting personal growth. The process is held at Sangsurya, a beautiful retreat centre overlooking the ocean, close to Byron Bay.
