Join Hoffman facilitators Julia Bodkin & Annie Looby for an online weekend workshop Hoffman style!
In these two days Julia & Annie will be able to tailor the tools to the specific issues and needs of the group. This workshop will be experiential and will include a deepening of the understanding of some of the essential Hoffman concepts and to work with them on current issues.
2 Day Program Schedule:
10am – 1pm: group time on Zoom
Self-guided exercises
4 – 5pm: group time on Zoom
It will be a time to refresh our connection to our Spiritual Self through inquiry, meditations and guided visualisations – and to have some fun! It will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow ‘hoffies’.
