Anne has a background is in the performing arts. She is an accomplished actor, producer and teacher of over 30 years’ experience. As a NIDA graduate, the arts have been a major focus of Anne’s life and she has an unwavering belief in the power of creative expression as a healing force. Whether it’s music, art, theatre or literature, Anne loves the human capacity to create meaning in all expressive forms.
After doing the Hoffman Process, Anne experienced a deep shift in the trajectory of her life. She had been searching for a purposeful way to use her skills as a teacher, communicator and creative artist and as a result of doing Hoffman, she found her new purpose. She has since become a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, completed the Hoffman Facilitator training and opened her own practice, Oxford Falls Therapy, where she offers sessions for individuals and groups in Sydney. “The Hoffman Process has opened my world to endless possibilities in the most liberating and exciting way. I continue, each time I teach the Process, to deepen my understanding of the beauty, frailty and resilience of the human spirit – it is an absolute privilege to bear witness to the courage and inherent goodness of each participant.”
In addition to her Counselling and Psychotherapy qualifications, Anne has completed Jutka Freiman’s accredited Enneagram Teacher training course and is continuing her studies in Advanced Clinical Gestalt Therapy.
